Nucraft in Comstock Park, MI is seeking a finish/paint technician to drive process consistency from formulation through application in a manufacturing setting. You will document process controls, work with maintenance to ensure equipment readiness, and monitor quality to keep outputs within tolerance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finish/paint manufacturing, strong teamwork, and a willingness to engage in lab work.

Formación

• Must have 3–5 years in finish/paint manufacturing.
• Lab experience is preferred.
• Teamwork orientation and time management are essential.
• Must pass color test with a score of 16 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Document and maintain process control for mixing and application of all formulations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure TPM accuracy and equipment capability.
• Document and maintain process control of surface preparation through sanding.
• Monitor quality characteristics and adjust outputs to stay within tolerance.
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues using scientific methods to maintain output metrics.
