Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Temple, TX is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 pm–10:15 pm). Starting pay is $19.48 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to batch mixing, quality checks, and on-time production.

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs infrequently.

• Safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Team-first mindset and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Hiring Immediately — Temple, TX

Starting pay: $19.48 + $1.00 shift differential

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm

A day in this role You clock in a few minutes before 2:00 pm, review safety notes, and start up the mixing equipment. You’ll blend and fill batches of paint to spec, run quality checks along the way, and document every step to keep production running smoothly. Between batches, you’ll help teammates with safe material moves by forklift and support EHS best practices around the plant. By the time 10:15 pm arrives, you’ve helped make sure customers get the right product, right on time.

What you’ll do
