Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or relevant trade certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator preferred.
• Must read and interpret specifications, schematics, and manuals, and have a working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
• Solid understanding of production procedures, analytics, and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective written and verbal communication; ability to follow instructions with coworkers.
• Must be results-oriented, able to meet productivity goals under time constraints, working independently or in a team.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups to start a production cycle.
• Compile raw materials, ensure proper portions/measures, and load into machine per batch sheet.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., values, speed) per batch sheet specifications.
• Ensure proper fill on each container and report production progress to supervisor.
• Test machine operation to ensure smooth performance and keep records.
• Maintain records of approved/defective units and final products.
• Other duties as assigned.
