Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a Lab Technician responsible for color matching, formula adjustment, and quality assurance to meet customer needs. You will interpret data from formulas, prepare coating samples, test paint properties, and operate laboratory equipment.

You will adjust formulas to ensure quality standards, communicate effectively with the Technical Team and other departments, and maintain safety protocols and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with emphasis on mathematics and science.
• Proficiency in data collection software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent visual acuity, color perception, and focus adjustment
• Team-oriented with the ability to share responsibilities, follow directions, and organize multiple tasks
