Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Batch Making Operator in Santa Ana, CA. You will blend chemicals and pigments following detailed formula tickets to produce consistent, high-quality coatings, while maintaining safety and efficiency on the production line.

You will handle pumps, valves, and automation, perform quality checks, and manage inventory and formula changes. Lifting up to 75 lbs may be required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• A commitment to safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, valves and a compactor with precision.
• Perform quality checks and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Track inventory and document formula updates; work with automated raw materials/milling systems.
• Lift paint cans or full cases up to 75 lbs as needed, with accommodations if applicable.
