Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion.
• Able to see and handle small parts.
• 5+ years in lab or manufacturing env with microscope experience.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom and wear proper PPE.
• Exposure to chemicals such as methanol and IPA with minimal handling.

Responsibilities

• Sandblast and clean coating tooling to remove thin film coatings.
• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure tooling passes through an automated cleaning line.
• Perform scrubbing and drying tasks after cleaning.
• Restock consumables for the coating department.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Escalate issues to coating team leads as needed.
• Adhere to quality control standards during operations.
