Job summary

Parker Chomerics, a division of Parker Hannifin, seeks a Coating Operator on the 2nd shift (2:00 - 10:30 PM) to perform coating, setup, and inspection of finished materials. You will support LEAN initiatives, conduct inline inspections, and work with engineering to resolve quality and equipment issues.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing, a GED or HS diploma, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. US citizenship or permanent residency is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, coating, and inspection of finished coating materials.
• Perform in-process quality checks and support LEAN culture.
• Read/write instructions and SOPs; follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve quality/material/equipment issues.
• Adhere to daily schedule and meet output targets.
• Maintain documentation and communicate across departments.
