Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a coating technician for the 1st shift on a temp-to-hire basis. The role involves preparing metal surfaces for powder coating, applying coatings with spray guns, inspecting finished parts, and handling racks and materials.

• Apply powder coatings using spray guns to ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
• Inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards
• Rack, hang, and unload parts efficiently while preventing defects
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting coating equipment
• Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
