The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment; daily tasks include monitoring gauges and adjusting process parameters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Digital fluency; comfortable with data entry and production tracking.
• Physical demands: stand/walk up to 80% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime and shifting priorities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: safely set up, run, and change over coating machinery, monitors, and winding consoles.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose root causes and perform minor repairs to reduce downtime.
• Quality Control: follow SOPs and use precision tools to inspect products.
• Process Monitoring: read gauges/meters and adjust temperatures/pressures for optimal flow.
• Team Collaboration: maintain digital logs and uphold a Team Before Self culture.
