Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to operate the coating line, monitor process parameters, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes operating gas systems and test equipment, maintaining data records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Associates or a technical degree plus 2 years’ experience are preferred; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in technical field desirable.
• Two years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytical equipment and computers.
• Familiarity with the operation and control of a vacuum system.
• Process Control experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability for detail orientated work and organization.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Computer skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook and the ability to maintain electronic quality records.
• Demonstrated ability to work and cross train in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to lead and motivate others in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas system, power supplies, drive system, vent and pumping systems.
• Operate testing equipment, check calibrations, and troubleshoot instruments.
• Prepare samples for experiments and environmental testing; tune-in and control coatings.
• Record data and maintain detailed quality records; support improvements and cross training.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
