Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or 3+ years manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of skilled labor demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable using computer applications and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine operation, setup, and product changeovers for optimal productivity.
• Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures; diagnose malfunctions and implement root-cause solutions.
• Perform routine quality tests using standard measuring devices and ensure safe loading/unloading of materials.
• Collaborate with team members on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, standard work).
