Qualifications

• Safety-focused and willing to learn coating equipment operation and adhesive mixing processes.
• Attention to detail when following recipes and recording production information.

• Experience in machine operation, printing, coating, or manufacturing production is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coating equipment used to manufacture adhesive tape.
• Follow recipes and production instructions to mix batches of adhesives.
• Use experience in machine operation or printing to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure supplies and materials are available.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other production activities to meet daily production needs.
• Help deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.
