Job summary

Technipaq, Inc. is seeking a Coating Machine Helper to support the Coating Machine operation on the 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday.

The role works under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and interacts with all levels to ensure customer specifications and quality guidelines are met. The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with coating, lamination, extrusion, or related machine operation, be comfortable reading rulers, and able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience operating complex auto/Coating/Lamination/Extrusion machines.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment tests.
• Able to read ruler/tape measure.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the machine operator in daily production needs of the Coating Machine.
• Monitor workspace for safety and cleanliness.

Job description

Shifts available:

• 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
• 1+ year previous complex auto mechanical, Coating Machine, Lamination Machine or Extrusion Machine Operation experience required
• Ability to read and use a Ruler/Tape Measure. Previous Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read, and figure footage required for job.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical activity involves lifting, bending crouching, walking, sitting standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations.

The Coating Machine Helper, under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, assists the machine operator in the daily production needs of the Coating Machine, and monitors workspace for safety and cleanliness.

The Coating Machine Helper reports to our Production Supervisor and interact with all levels of the company in order to make sure customer specifications and quality guidelines are met.
