Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent product quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a manufacturing team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the automated flat-line coating machine per SOP.
• Load components, inspect, and stage finished parts for outfeed.
• Prepare and apply coating materials with proper coverage and adhesion.
• Monitor production runs, adjust machine settings and material flow as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine preventive maintenance on coating line equipment.
• Record production data and communicate status to leadership.
