Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot back end of all coating lines.Clean ovens. Cut cores as needed. Ensure safe, efficient production of materials.
• Perform visual inspection andmeasurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.Accurately record production data into the computer database.
• Detectunusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and upscale as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned.
• Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.
