Job summary

EmergencyMD is looking for a reliable and motivated C9 Operator to join our production team in Moore, South Carolina. This role involves operating components of the C9 line, including the face station and extruder, to ensure efficient production and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work rotating shifts. This position requires lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret production specs and safety instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate face and liner stations applying adhesive coatings and lamination.
• Run the extruder while maintaining temperature and flow rates.
• Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for production lines.
• Complete production documentation and inventory reporting.
