Martin Painting & Coating Co. is seeking an experienced Coating Application Specialist to perform coating work on commercial and industrial projects.

This role emphasizes surface preparation, proper technique, equipment handling, and attention to detail. You will apply coatings with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, maintain tools, follow safety protocols, and support the crew to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation practices.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for timesheets and communication.
• Ability to work at least two weekends per month.
