Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Machine Operator (Coater/Rewinder) to join our Sterling packaging facility team in West Chester, OH, where you'll operate coating and rewinding equipment to produce high-quality roll products and help sustain safe, efficient manufacturing. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour third-shift differential.

The 3rd shift runs 11 PM–7 AM and requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot coating and rewinding equipment to safely produce quality roll products.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Support changeovers and preventative maintenance activities that maximize uptime and reliability.
• Safely operate mobile equipment to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
