Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Machine Operator (Coater/Rewinder) for our Sterling packaging facility in West Chester, OH. You will operate and troubleshoot coating and rewinding equipment to produce high-quality roll products and perform inspections to meet customer specifications.

This role offers a starting pay of $23.00 per hour with a 3rd shift differential of $2.00 per hour, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot coating and rewinding equipment.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot coating and rewinding equipment to safely produce quality roll products.
• Perform inspections to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Support changeovers and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Safely move materials and finished products using mobile equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety procedures.
