Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated Mt. Wolf, PA is hiring Production Associates to operate and monitor industrial equipment and help produce corrugated packaging for diverse customers.

You will troubleshoot production issues, use control systems, and support safety, quality and efficiency. 2nd/3rd shifts with orientation on first shift; starting pay $21.93/hour plus 2nd shift differential up to $23.93/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Machine or equipment operation experience is required.
• Warehouse, packaging or distribution experience is helpful.
• Construction, agriculture or automotive experience is a plus.
• Forklift or mobile equipment operation is beneficial.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are valued.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment is expected.
• Corrugated packaging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Monitor control systems and enter production data accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to optimize production.
• Perform routine equipment care and basic preventive maintenance.
• Inspect products to meet quality specifications and support safety goals.
• Work with a team to achieve production and waste reduction targets.
• Safely operate or work around mobile equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
