Job summary

Crane Currency is hiring a Coater Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Nashua, NH. No experience required, paid training provided, and a clear path to permanent employment with Crane. Includes a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, with a 15% shift differential.

You'll set up and operate coating machines, ensuring quality and consistency, and work with a team to meet daily goals. Eligible for benefits, PTO, and future pay increases after conversion.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined (from hobbies or previous jobs).
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines.
• Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Check materials and finished product to keep standards high.
• Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals.
• Learn specialized processes used in high-security production.
