Crane Currency in Nashua, NH is hiring a Coater Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. No experience is required and paid training is provided, with a clear path to a permanent career. Earn $19.00/hr plus a 15% shift differential ($21.85/hr) on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay & Schedule:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$19.00/hr + 15% shift differential ($21.85/hr)
Monday – Friday (consistent schedule)

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined (even from hobbies or previous jobs)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen

How the hiring process works:

• You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
