Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Coater Operator in North Carolina. The role focuses on meeting production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in a team environment. You will perform quality checks, data entry, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

You will handle die changes, log issues, and collaborate with operators to ensure accurate data sheets and clean work areas. A tow-motor license is preferred.

Other duties may be assigned.• Utilize logbooks for issues that occur on shift• Indirectly responsible for the safety of the crewmembers• Perform quality and standard checks• Participate in die changes as scheduled• Complete appropriate data sheets as required• Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and safety inspections• Follow “Red Tag” procedures if required• Follow all safety rules when entering the manufacturing facility• Responsible for maintaining clean and organized work areas• Maintain inventories needed for production run• Communicate and share knowledge with operators and coworkers• Make suggestions on reducing costs, improving safety, and/or improving product or process• Participate in S4 continuous improvement team meetings and projectsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
