Job description

Coaster Attendants are responsible for the safety of our Guests while enjoying their ride on the Mountain Coaster.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist all Guests in loading, riding, and unloading the Mountain Coaster carts
2. Inform Guests on the proper way to ride the coaster to ensure safety and fun
3. Responsible for making positive contact with our Guests
4. Responsible for Guest safety at the Mountain Coaster
5. Assist with setup and takedown of the Mountain Coaster carts
6. Work closely with Coaster Mechanic to assist and resolve any problems that may arise on the coaster
7. Maintain cleanliness of your work area while paying attention to detail
8. Document and respond to incidents properly and professionally
9. Attend all required trainings and meetings
10. Follow company and department policies and procedures
11. Any other duties as assigned by the Coaster Supervisor
