Job summary

Ocean Beach Health seeks a Women & Children's Primary Care Provider in Washington to deliver patient-centered care for women, children, and families across life stages. The role is full-time, on-site, in a rural coastal community with strong teamwork and a mission-driven culture.

Candidates must hold a WA license (ARNP/MD/DO) and have at least 1 year of clinical experience in women's health, pediatrics, or family medicine.

Qualifications

• Requires WA ARNP/MD/DO license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in womens health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care.
• Experience with EHRs; Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care and chronic condition management.
• Conduct well-child visits and womens health exams.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses across the lifespan of women and children.
• Educate patients and families on wellness and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for referrals and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with standards and policies.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management
• Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children
• Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies

What You'll Bring

• Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment
• Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
