Job summary

W3Global is seeking motivated Construction Managers/Resident Engineers to supervise staff and oversee day-to-day construction activities across Long Island and New York City.

Responsibilities include ensuring work complies with contracts, specs, and codes, tracking budgets, and coordinating with facilities and contractors on coastal and waterfront projects. A PE license and related civil/Coastal expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil/Construction related field required.
• PE license required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Supervise professional staff and consultants on construction projects.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents, codes and standards.
• Oversee project administration, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with port facilities, operations, and contractors.
