Job summary

The Burleigh in Kennebunkport, Maine, part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, invites friendly servers to join a dynamic dining team. You will guide guests through the menu, deliver food and beverages, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our coastal hospitality.

As a server, you will set up dining spaces, take orders, process payments, and seek opportunities to elevate service. Strong beverage knowledge and a guest-first mindset are essential to ensure memorable

Qualifications

• Experience in dining service preferred.
• Ability to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and alcoholic offerings.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and service spaces.
• Greet guests, take orders, and input into POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, and process payments.
• Elevate service at touchpoints and engage guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow cash handling and tip distribution policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Prepare pre-service tasks and restock stations as needed.
• Demonstrate strong beverage knowledge and allergen awareness.
• Communicate guest allergy concerns to staff and guests.
