The Burleigh at Kennebunkport, part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, is seeking a Busser to support a busy dining room and outdoor areas. The role emphasizes cleanliness, efficient table turnover, and team collaboration to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The Busser assists waitstaff, maintains a safe environment, and helps prepare tables for new guests. The position offers participation in a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for growth within a large hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and co-workers
• Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
• Must know how to prioritize and respond in a timely fashion
• Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
• Bussers must know the basic food ingredients of each dish
• Must be able to interact with others easily
• Meets or exceeds restaurant guest satisfaction measures and provides exceptional guest service
• Proactively relay all customer interactions and complaints to the Manager on duty
• Must be a good example while working alongside team members
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
• Must be able to be on feet for the entire length of shift
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
