Job summary

The candidate should be a licensed Oregon Pharmacist (RPh) with a PharmD preferred and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist license required.
• Registered Pharmacist (RPh) required.
• Licensure and certifications to practice in Oregon required.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• One year of technical experience preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; computer proficiency in MS Office and online software.

Responsibilities

• Verify and fill medication orders, monitor patient therapies, provide drug information.
• Identify and troubleshoot medication safety concerns.
• Document interactions for medical review.
