Job summary

The King & Prince Beach & Golf Resort, part of Northview Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team through a landmark transformation on Saint Simons Island. You will guide daily operations, ensure menu and recipe execution, and drive hospitality with warmth and precision.

You will partner with Culinary Director and F&B leadership to open, refine systems, train talent, and elevate guest experiences while maintaining coast-inspired culinary direction and standards.

Qualifications

• Significant culinary leadership experience in luxury resort, full-service hotel, private club, high-volume restaurant, or destination hospitality environment.
• Experience supporting openings, renovations, repositionings, or major operational transitions is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to execute established menus, culinary standards, and operating procedures at a high level.
• Strong leadership experience managing sous chefs, cooks, stewards, and culinary support teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple culinary outlets or complex food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day culinary operation across resort restaurants, banquets, events, golf club dining, poolside offerings, in-room dining.
• Execute the established culinary vision, menus, recipes, and standards with consistency across outlets.
• Support opening readiness through kitchen organization, staffing, training, and production planning.
• Partner with Culinary Director and F&B leadership to align culinary execution with resort transformation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team, including sous chefs and cooks.
