Job summary

GFA seeks a Program Operations Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of a growing coastal resilience program spanning multiple state and federal grants, partners, and deliverables. Supervised by the Coastal Resilience Program Lead, this role keeps projects on track and teams aligned.

Beyond operations, the Coordinator will contribute from day one to drafting deliverables and preparing management-facing communications for agency partners and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of a growing coastal resilience program across multiple grants and partners.
• Draft deliverables, synthesize project information, and prepare management-facing communications (progress reports, presentations, summaries).
• Distill scientific findings for resource managers and agency partners; support coordination with project scientists.
