Job summary

Ocean Beach Health is seeking a Radiologic Tech to perform radiographic exams and support radiology services on the Washington Coast. The role involves preparing patients, selecting appropriate factors, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring quality images for interpretation.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT certification, Washington license, and CPR, with strong patient care and safety focus. Located on the Long Beach Peninsula, OBH offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required and in good standing.
• State of Washington radiologic technologist license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for appropriate views.
• Select and use proper technical factors for each exam.
• Operate radiography equipment and process digital images.
• Provide radiation safety for patients and staff.
• Assist with procedures and portable exams as needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and prevent cross-contamination.
• Transport patients as required.
• Support departmental training and safety policies.
