PTMatch is seeking a licensed Outpatient Orthopedics Physical Therapist for our Panama City Beach, FL clinic. Join a patient-centered team near the coast and enjoy a collaborative environment that puts patients and colleagues first.

New grads welcome with mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and flexible schedule. You’ll evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions, educate patients, and document progress in our EMR while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree required.
• Florida PT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner.
• Interest in evidence-based practice and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, patients, and team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies.
• Document progress and outcomes clearly and accurately in our EMR system.
• Contribute to a positive, motivating clinic atmosphere.
