Job summary

MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME seeks a board certified/eligible Obesity Medicine Physician to join the Family Medicine and Weight Management practice serving our Coastal Maine communities.

The successful candidate will work in a collegial environment with strong patient/provider relationships, supported by integrated Epic EMR and advanced resources. The annual base salary is $275,000, with comprehensive benefits and relocation/sign-on options.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active ME medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Join Family Medicine and Weight Management practice serving Coastal Maine communities.
• Collaborate with support staff and seasoned providers.
• Provide obesity medicine care with strong patient/provider relationships.
