Job summary

MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, Maine is seeking a board certified/eligible Obesity Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine and Weight Management practice. The role offers a collaborative environment, strong patient/provider relationships, and access to advanced technologies including a fully integrated Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school is required.
• Active and unrestricted ME medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility and DEA license are required or obtainable prior to employment.

The successful candidate will join the Family Medicine and Weight Management practice serving our Coastal Maine communities. Candidates will work in a very collegial atmosphere working alongside great support staff and seasoned providers. This Position Offers

Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, and quality incentives. The annual base salary for this position is $275,000. In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offerscomprehensivebenefits, recognition programs and career growth opportunities.
