Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required; 8+ years in Maintenance/Reliability with team management in chemical, refinery, or PSM-regulated plants.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective measures to prevent failures.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Manage CMMS, oversee spare parts inventory, and refine planning/scheduling systems.
• Support capital projects, participate in design reviews, and oversee new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maintenance/reliability team.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement agreed actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
