Job summary

MaineHealth – Waldo Hospital and Pen Bay Hospital are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our regional Women’s Health practice serving the Mid Coast Maine communities of Belfast and Rockport.

You will join a collaborative team of five full-time OB/GYNs and support staff, with Robotic surgery available and a fully integrated Epic EMR. The role offers opportunities in full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a coastal community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Maine medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to patients.
• Collaborate with CNMs and nursing staff for coordinated care.
• Manage obstetric and gynecology needs within a regional Women’s Health program.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1 in 5, with potential home-based calls.
