Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage and possess a desire to learn.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Wine and ServSafe certifications are a plus.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into guests’ dining preferences through verbal and nonverbal cues.
• Ensure high quality and consistency of the guest experience.
• Speak eloquently about the hotel, restaurant, and menu.
• Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members.
• Handle challenges with poise and positivity.
• Make beverage and dining suggestions and describe the items to guests.
• Take and serve orders and answer all guest inquiries.
• Oversee table maintenance.
• Maintain the ambiance and standards of the restaurant and hotel.
