Job summary

TBC Hotels in Dewey Beach is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the day-to-day maintenance of our properties. You will supervise a maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure all systems operate safely to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience, hotel industry preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and supervise the team.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and contractor work.
• Manage maintenance budgets and supplier relationships.
