Samaritan Albany General Hospital in Albany, OR is seeking a COASTAL Dual Site Outpatient Hospice RN for a travel contract. The assignment runs for 13 weeks at a dayshift from 0800 to 1630 with occasional weekends.

As a Hospice RN on a travel contract, you will provide patient-centered end-of-life care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements. The recruiter will support you from application through the end of your assignment.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Hospice/Medical-Surgical settings.
• BLS certification required for clinical roles.
• References available upon request.
