Job summary

Environmental Science Associates seeks an experienced engineering business leader to guide and grow our Southeast EH&D team. You will shape strategy, develop client relationships, and drive profitable delivery across coastal hydrology, design, and flood resilience projects.

Based in Florida with hybrid options (Tampa, Orlando, Boynton Beach, Sarasota or Pensacola) or remote in surrounding states, this role emphasizes staff development, project leadership, and performance management in a 100%

Qualifications

• Experience leading a consulting business unit with responsibility for people and delivery.
• Proven track record in staffing, pricing, and profitability goals.
• Ability to win and retain clients and lead proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Southeast EH&D engineering group with P&L responsibility.
• Develop staff, manage utilization, and coach project managers.
• Drive client relationships and strategic pursuit plans.
• Oversee budgets, billing, and financial performance of the group.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across coastal and hydrology projects.
• Ensure QA/QC and coordination with licensed professionals.
