Job summary

JS Pro Construction seeks an exceptional Director of Construction to partner with the Owner, guiding luxury coastal custom homes along the Jersey shore. This hands-on leader will build systems, nurture talent, and drive profitability while preserving the culture that has made the firm successful.

You will walk sites, manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, develop SOPs, and implement JobTread effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in residential construction.
• Experience coaching Project Managers and construction teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PMs, foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction division, ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop SOPs and scalable processes across organization.
• Partner with ownership and Controller for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and strong relationships with subcontractors.
