Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Coastal, Ocean or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum five years in coastal, ocean or water resources; senior level requires ~15+ years.
• Strong knowledge of coastal and flood risk management principles.
• Experience in preparing designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for complex designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coastal and flood risk analyses to design resilient protections.
• Prepare plans, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Lead and support coastal/flood risk project tasks.
• Develop technical proposals and contract documents for programs.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and cross‑functional teams.
• Perform field work including site inspections and surveys.
