Surfline seeks a Camera Operations Manager for the Southeast US to lead regional growth of coastal camera and weather station infrastructure. You will build and direct a contractor network, drive new installations, and ensure reliability of the network with hands-on field leadership.

Responsibilities include technical direction, site scoping, remote diagnostics, hurricane readiness, and rigorous documentation. Travel across the Southeast is expected.

Formación

• 4+ years of technical field experience with cameras and networking.
• Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and line of sight.
• Confidently scope sites for power and connectivity options.
• Travel across the Southeast US region as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional expansion: installations delivered, live, generating value.
• Build and direct contractor network for camera installs and maintenance.
• Provide technical direction and ensure quality with minimal rework.
• Scope sites before travel: power, connectivity, mounting, access.
• Configure hardware ahead of installs including cameras and edge devices.
• Lead hurricane season readiness and recovery for the region.
• Maintain accurate documentation for installations and assets.
• Act as the primary technical authority for camera systems in your region.
• Collaborate with global Ops to meet regional goals.
