Alpha School is seeking a Lead Coach/Coaching Manager to build high-performing Guides, develop leaders, and create a culture of excellence across campuses. You will coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious goals in a data-informed environment.

This full-time role supports campus growth, hiring, and ongoing development, with relocation options to Boston, Raleigh, New York, Greenwich, or Washington, DC. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
