You will help unlock the potential of early childhood education. We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide a team of coach/mentors and support the growth and development of exceptional early childhood educators. In this role, you will design and implement effective coaching strategies, foster innovation in mentoring practices, and ensure new staff receive the training and support needed to succeed.
Through tailored professional development opportunities and immersive learning experiences, you will help staff gain a deep understanding of Early Head Start and Head Start programs, as well as their day‑to‑day operations. Working collaboratively with program leaders, you will develop targeted training initiatives that strengthen teaching practices and promote high-quality outcomes for children and families.

This is not a remote position, must be able to commute daily to Wichita, KS.
