Job summary

Evolve Coaching seeks coaches who thrive in variety, flexibility, and meaningful impact for neurodivergent adolescents and adults. This is a flexible, part-time hourly role partnering with clients to build confidence, independence, and systems for college, work, and daily life.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and a strengths-based approach, with a Master's degree and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals.

  • Experience providing individual support, coaching, counseling, mentoring, or educational services to adolescents or adults preferred.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with clients on college campuses, in the community, at employment sites, or virtually.
  • Build supportive coaching relationships with neurodivergent clients and help them identify goals.
  • Support clients in creating clear goals, objectives, and action steps.
  • Help clients develop systems, strategies, and routines to increase independence and success.
  • Encourage clients to access and utilize resources within their communities.
  • Support clients in developing self‑advocacy skills and communicating their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with parents, professors, employers, and other members of a client's support team as appropriate.
  • Assist clients with college success skills, career exploration, resumes, cover letters, job applications, interview preparation, and workplace expectations.
  • Provide time‑limited job coaching support during internships, work trials, or employment transitions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation following client interactions.
  • Participate in team communication, meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Travel throughout the community to support clients in their environments (mileage reimbursement provided)

Coach (Master's Level) | Hourly Position, 20–30 hours per week
What You’ll Do

Position Structure
  • Part‑time hourly position averaging 20–30 hours per week
  • Work schedule is flexible and built around client needs and coach availability
  • Approximately 65% of time is spent providing direct client services
  • Remaining time includes documentation, communication, planning, meetings, travel, and other client‑support activities
What You’ll Need
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully with clients and members of their support teams
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and establish trust with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet individual client needs
  • Patience, persistence, creativity, and a strengths‑based approach

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Experience providing individual support, coaching, counseling, mentoring, or educational services to adolescents or adults preferred
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals preferred
Compensation

This is an hourly, part‑time position (20–30 hours per week) with compensation based on the work performed:

  • Direct client coaching: $30/hour
  • Administrative, planning, meeting, documentation, and travel time: $22/hour

Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel between client locations.

The position is designed so that approximately 65% of scheduled time is spent providing direct client services, with the remaining time dedicated to documentation, communication, collaboration, planning, and other activities that support client success.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:
  • Travel at least 20% to sites beyond the company office
  • Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Operate standard office/computer equipment
  • Work onsite (in our office and in the community)
Benefits:
  • Medical Benefits: Available to employees working 20 hours or more per week.
  • Financial Wellness: A 403(b) plan with a 4% company contribution after one year and 1,000 hours of service. Flexibility and support through tools like Zayzoon and FinFit, plus eligibility to join the ARMCO Credit Union.
  • Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) is granted on a prorated basis, calculated by your average hours worked. The company also offers 14 paid holidays annually.
  • Reimbursement: Parking fees and mileage ($0.70/mi) are reimbursed for client related meetings. Additionally, time spent traveling between work meetings is considered paid time.
