Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to coach Frosh-Soph/JV Football at Evergreen Valley High School. This part-time position offers an opportunity to develop young athletes and contribute to a positive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate successful coaching experience or relevant playing experience in the sport.
• Instill commitment, discipline, and teamwork in student-athletes.
• Organize and oversee practices and conditioning programs.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and community members.
• Manage equipment and uniforms, and follow district policies and CIF/CCSBVAL Coaches Code of Conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school, collegiate, amateur, or professional playing experience in the sport.
• Coaching experience with youth leagues, middle school, or sports camps.
• Current California coaching certifications and district-required certifications, including mandated reporter training.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and provide TB test results, CPR, First Aid, ASEP, SCA, Heat Illness Prevention, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment, Bloodborne Pathogen, Pest Management, and Concussion certifications.
