The Regents of the University of California on behalf of their Los Angeles Campus is seeking an Assistant Women’s Water Polo Coach to support the planning, development, and administration of the UCLA sport program. You will assist with practice planning, game prep, recruiting, and related administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Division I coaching, budgeting experience, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to DEI and NCAA compliance.
THIS REQUISITION IS FOR AN ASSISTANT WOMEN'S WATER POLO COACH POSITION.
The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and administration of all phases of the assigned UCLA sport program. The role involves assisting with practice planning, game preparation, recruiting, administrative tasks and special projects. The Assistant Coach will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to adhering to the policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth by the University of California System, UCLA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA), the respective conference, and the NCAA.

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
