Job summary

Wayzata High School is seeking an assistant debate coach for Policy Debate and Lincoln-Douglas for the 2026-27 school year. The coach will work primarily with varsity and junior varsity debate students, helping to develop arguments, cut cards, and assist the other coaches with lectures and scrimmages.

Coaches should be available for practice twice a week along with competitions on Friday and Saturday. Experience in high school debate and strong collaboration with staff is preferred to support

Stipend range $100 - $9,351. This position is not beneift eligible.
